Graduate Research Assistant
Descriptions:
The Aerospace Structures and Materials Laboratory at Oklahoma State University has one funded graduate research assistant position for a PhD student. Successful candidate will be supported through waived tuition and monthly stipend. If you have relevant experiences in automated composite manufacturing, additive manufacturing, and multiscale modeling, please contact Dr. Zhao to learn more about this opportunity.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering Mechanics, Civil/Mechanical/Aerospace engineering or related field (required)
Good knowledge in semi-analytical method or/and numerical analysis, such as finite element method, meshless method, etc.,
Fundamentals in one of composite structures, solid mechanics, numerical optimization techniques, airplane design (optional)
Master degree in STEM preferred
